В последние годы с развитием модельного ряда ОАО «КАМАЗ» расширяется диапазон автомобилей по грузоподъемности от 6 т (КамАЗ-4308) до 20 т (КамАЗ-6520). По спецификации шасси КамАЗ-4308 изначально оснащают двигателем Cummins B5.9 180, и когда мы познакомились с самосвалом КамАЗ-6520 с двигателем Cummins ISLe 350.30 (в стандартном варианте его оснащают двигателем КамАЗ-740.51-320), то логическая цепочка приобрела законченный вид.
Самым мощным на сегодняшний день двигателем КамАЗ-740.50-360 мощностью 340 л.с. и крутящим моментом 1452 Н·м оснащен полноприводный седельный тягач КамАЗ-65225, эксплуатируемый в составе автопоезда полной массой 59,3 т. А седельный тягач КамАЗ-6526, предназначенный для эксплуатации в составе автопоезда полной массой 97 т, оснащают двигателем Deutz BF8M1015C мощностью 544 л.с. и крутящим моментом 2639 Н·м.
У двигателя Cummins ISLe 350.
30, установленного на самосвале КамАЗ-6520, мощность 334 л.с. и крутящий момент 2738 Н·м, как у КамАЗ-740.50-360, но эти показатели сняты с 8,9 л объема, а не с 11,76 л. Он имеет 6 цилиндров и рядное их расположение, очень компактный, что является бесспорным преимуществом при установке на автомобиле. Получается, что с двигателя меньшего объема снимается большая мощность, т.е повышается рентабельность самосвала. Плюс к этому бесспорная надежность двигателя Cummins. Но главное – он отвечает экологическим нормам Euro 3, а двигатели КамАЗ пока только Euro 2.

Увеличение грузоподъемности повышает экономическую эффективность грузоперевозок, но при этом возникает масса других проблем, связанных не только с двигателями. В первую очередь – увеличение нагрузки на шины, поэтому на КамАЗ-6520 используют более широкие шины размерностью 12.0 R20.
Надо отметить, что у самосвала КамАЗ-6520 грузоподъемностью 20 т есть предельные значения нагрузок в основном на заднюю тележку.
С увеличением грузоподъемности должна быть скорректирована и работа тормозной системы, поэтому на КамАЗ-6520 увеличена суммарная площадь тормозных накладок на 900 см2 за счет бо’льшей ширины тормозных колодок и диаметра тормозного барабана. Тормозная система автомобиля оборудована АБС. Основательное изменение претерпела конструкция ведущих мостов, к основному редуктору добавились планетарные колесные передачи болгарского производства, а межколесный дифференциал имеет систему блокировки, применены карданные валы, рассчитанные на более высокие нагрузки. КамАЗ-6520 давно оснащают в базовой комплектации 16-ступенчатой коробкой передач Zahnrad Fabrik (ZF), а как вариант – устанавливают и 9-ступенчатую коробку ЯМЗ-239.

Это делается с целью максимального охвата потребительских запросов на рынке грузовиков, где КамАЗ-6520 сразу стал популярным.
Коробка ZF 16S151 механическая с делителем и демультипликатором, сразу хочется отметить удобство и легкость управления ею, несмотря на непривычное расположение рычага переключения, который направлен почти горизонтально вперед. Само-свалы с 16-ступенчатой коробкой передач предпочтительнее использовать в карьерах, на дорогах, изобилующих многочисленными подъемами и спусками. А машину с «9-ступкой» – в городе или на хорошем асфальтированном шоссе.
Изменение нагрузки повлекло за собой и изменения рессорного пакета – в него добавили еще по одному листу.
Итак, под привычной «камазовской» внешностью скрывается практически новый автомобиль. Прежним он воспринимается, когда находишься внутри кабины водителя, интерьер которой за исключением отдельных деталей и использования новых отделочных материалов остался практически неизменным.

В процессе редакционных испытаний самосвала КамАЗ-6520 мы привезли песок к восстанавливаемой церкви, и настоятель первым задал вопрос: «А где «камазовский» звук автомобиля?» – с профессиональной проницательностью обозначив суть вопроса.
Действительно, на этом автомобиле осуществлен ряд мероприятий на соответствие требованиям Правил ЕЭК ООН в отношении производимого шума, начиная с глушителя выпуска активно-реактивного типа, корпус и дно которого двухслойные, а между слоями размещен звукопоглощающий материал – базальтовое волокно. Глушитель шума всасывания воздуха отсутствует, но весь моторный отсек, включая воздушный фильтр, экранирован так, что с поднятой кабиной детально рассмотреть двигатель проблематично. Слева и справа над лонжеронами установлены боковые щиты, которые соединены поперечным задним экраном. Сверху за кабиной заднюю часть двигателя и воздушный фильтр закрывает панель верхнего шумопоглощающаго экрана. Панели экранов изготовлены из стеклопластика с нанесенной на них термошумоизоляцией «Изомат».

Система нижнего капотирования закрывает моторный отсек от вентилятора до коробки передач, материал каркасов – стальной лист, между ним и термошумоизоляцией нанесен слой вибропоглощающей мастики ВБД-1 толщиной 2,5 мм.
Шумозащита коробки передач состоит из верхнего и нижнего экранов с довольно сложной пространственной конструкцией каркасов, покрытых слоями вибро- и шумопоглощающих материалов. Есть еще система снижения шума, производимого сжатым воздухом; установлены четыре глушителя на основных пневмоаппаратах тормозной системы – осушителе сжатого воздуха, тормозном кране, ускорительном клапане и регуляторе тормозных сил. Получается, что весь моторный отсек находится как в саркофаге. Поэтому неудивительно, что в таком варианте автомобиль соответствует требованиям Правил ЕЭК ООН. Конечно, добраться теперь до силового агрегата стало гораздо сложнее, скажем, для его профилактики. Однако, как мы думаем, специалисты КамАЗа и рассчитывают на надежность американского двигателя, ломаться часто он не будет.
Итак, в версии КамАЗ-6520-019 получился перспективный и в экологическом плане более предпочтительный автомобиль. Остается предположить, как это отразится на его стоимости, если сейчас КамАЗ-6520 с двигателем КамАЗ 740.
51-320 на 40…45% дороже 15-тонного самосвала КамАЗ-65115 предыдущего поколения… Сможет ли освоить его отечественный потребитель или подразумевается использовать его в качестве тарана в экологизированную Европу?

Грузовики КамАЗ-6520 представляют собой базовую модель семейства камских большегрузов новой генерации. КамАЗ-6520 – самосвал с платформой задней разгрузки с колесной формулой 6×4.
Автомобиль грузоподъемностью до 20 тонн предназначен для перевозки по дорогам общего назначения строительных материалов и сыпучих грузов.
Содержание
Общие сведения
Самосвал нового поколения соответствует действующим отечественным и зарубежным стандартам по уровню шума, безопасности, управляемости. КамАЗ-6520 обеспечивает требования европейского экологического стандарта Euro-3. Ресурс пробега до первого капитального ремонта составляет 500000 километров.
Пробег грузовика между проведением обслуживания по ТО-1 составляет не менее 5500 км, по ТО-2 – 16500 км.
Объем самосвальной платформы задней разгрузки составляет 12 кубометров. Подъем платформы и сброс груза обеспечивает мощный гидравлический механизм. В случае перевозки легких габаритных грузов объем самосвального кузова можно увеличить с помощью специальных надставных бортов, установка которых предусмотрена конструкцией автомобиля. Тягово-динамичские параметры самосвала позволяют беспрепятственно преодолевать 25% подъем при полной загрузке.
КамАЗ-6520 оснащается унифицированной кабиной с высокой крышей, отличающейся от традиционных камазовских кабин оригинальным буфером, нижним поясом и дополнительной ступенькой, облегчающей доступ в кабину. Помимо того, согласно требованиям Правил ЕЭК ООН, кабина оснащена новым комплектом зеркал, улучшающим параметры обзора водителя.
Определенные изменения появились и в механизме рулевого управления, в котором установлен гидроограничитель поворота, предотвращающий повреждение рулевых тяг.
Помимо того, новый КамАЗ комплектуется травмобезопасным рулевым колесом.
КамАЗ-6520 оснащен ведущими мостами с одноступенчатой главной передачей и колесными редукторами планетарного типа. Подобная конструкция не только увеличивает клиренс моста, но и значительно повышает надежность работы и долговечность мостов, что особенно важно при эксплуатации грузовика с перегрузкой.
Долговечность несущей конструкции обеспечивают лонжероны рамы прямого сечения, снабженные усилителями, а поперечные стабилизаторы , установленные на заднем мосту и передней оси способствуют большей устойчивости грузовика на поворотах. Механизм блокировки межколесных дифференциалов позволяет повысить проходимость грузовика, что позволяет эксплуатировать его в условиях бездорожья.
Тест-драйв КамАЗ-6520
Грузовик КамАЗ-6520 — базовая модель завода, отличающаяся большим количеством модификаций. Достаточно сказать, что в прайс-листе представлены целых 15 версий этого грузовика. Среди предлагаемых модификаций, автомобили с кузовами разного сечения и объема, ведущими мостами производства КамАЗа и венгерской компании Madara, с рестайлинговой версией кабины.
Габаритные размеры КАМАЗ-6520
Среди модификаций присутствуют и грузовики, соответствующие экологическим стандартам Euro 4 и 5. Следует отметить, что все модификации КамАЗ-6520 оснащаются лицензионными 16-ступенчатыми коробками передач ZF, произведенными на заводе в Набережных Челнах.
Для проведения тест-драйва нам досталась модификация 6520-26014-63. Эта рестайлинговая версия грузовика с четырехточечной пневмоподвеской, отсутствующей в иных модификациях. Несмотря на то, что самосвал оснащен хорошо известным нам двигателем КамАЗ-740, силовой агрегат на нашей машине был укомплектован системой впрыска commonrial. Отличалась наша машина и качеством сварки кузова, которая явно превосходила МАЗ-5516 и аналогичные китайские грузовики.
Салон нового КАМАЗа
Как уже было отмечено, КамАЗ-6520 оснащается силовым агрегатом с форсированной до мощности 320 лошадей, и повышенным литражом. В конструкции двигателя реализованы оригинальные решения, позволяющие увеличить ресурс пробега до капитального ремонта до 750 тыс.
км. Безусловно, в сравнении с фирменными двигателями, эта цифра кажется достаточно скромной, но если сравнивать ее с параметрами камазовских моторов, она почти вдвое превышает прежние показатели.
Правда, здесь потребуется оговорка. Мы попытались выяснить у представителей автозавода, существуют ли сегодня фактические доказательства означенного пробега и поняли, что автомобили с обновленными двигателями стали эксплуатироваться сравнительно недавно, и их пробег пока слишком далек от указанной цифры. Таким образом, вопрос эффективности модернизации двигателя пока остается открытым.
Самосвал комплектуется шинами размером 12,00R20. Эффективную передачу высокого крутящего момента модернизированного силового агрегата осуществляет лицензионная КП ZF. Кабина грузовика и узел ее подвески к раме аналогичны модели КамАЗ 61115.
Конструкция дисковых колес со шпилечным креплением к ступицам, на наш взгляд, более надежна в сравнении с прежними бездисковыми колесами с клиновым зажимом.
В подобной конструкции не возникает проблем с перекосом колес при неправильно осуществленном монтаже.
На первый взгляд, проблема перекоса колес не кажется критической, однако следует учитывать, что дисбаланс приводит к ускоренному износу и разрушению подшипников ступиц, шарниров рулевых тяг, гидроусилителя руля. Да и комфорта при езде дисбаланс колес не добавляет.
Впечатления от вождения
Посадка в кабину и высадка из нее мало чем отличаются от прежних камазовских моделей. Не добавляет новых ощущений и водительское кресло. А вот ZF–ский рычаг переключения передач заметно отличается от традиционного камазовского в лучшую сторону. Вообще, лицензионная коробка очень удачно вписалась в систему трансмиссии КамАЗ-6520. Помимо качественного надежного механизма, очень удачно подобраны передаточные числа и схема переключения.
Динамика разгона продемонстрировала вполне приемлемые ходовые качества грузовика. Двигатель обеспечивает максимальную скорость от 100 до 107 км/час, что вполне достаточно для автомобилей этого класса.
С полной нагрузкой самосвал разгоняется до 60 км/час за 37-39 секунд.
В целом впечатления от грузовика остались неполхие. Правда, нас как специалистов, в определенной мере тревожили показания датчика давления масла грузовика. При прогретом силовом агрегате, вне зависимости от оборотов, стрелка указателя датчика давления находится посередине желтого сектора шкалы. И это несмотря на то, что пробег у машины крайне небольшой, всего 3000 километров. К примеру, у Scania с 10-тысячным пробегом давление в системе смазки на 1500 оборотах стабильно держится на уровне 6-7 бар, а на холостом ходу около 3 бар.
В заключение отметим, что если параметры надежности КамАЗов в пределах означенного ресурса пробега будут соответствовать зарубежным аналогам, при своей стоимости они будут пользоваться на рынке неплохим спросом.

Говорить о двадцатке можно долго, но если честно — то лучше не заморачиваться, и за эту же сумму брать пятилетнюю Сканию, которая прослужит дольше, и не будет, как новый КамАЗ, постоянно требовать замены радиатора, цилиндра, кулера.
Ну сначала это делается по гарантии, а потом приходится все это делать на свои кровные.
Чуть позже начинают ломаться рессоры, турбины, летят втулки балансиров. Вообще, мне интересно чем думали конструкторы, которые установили под 30-тонный кузов фторопластовые втулки? Пришлось менять их на бронзовые, которые держатся почти три года. Была бы моя воля, ткнул бы конструкторов в каждую деталь, и спросил бы, почему именно так сделано?

Первое впечатление от самосвала было положительным – мягкая кабина на пневмоподушках, одно удовольствие на такой ездить. Машину гнали в хвост и в гриву, за два месяца пробег составил 35 тысяч км. В этот период много головной боли доставил интеркулер, который пришлось неоднократно разбирать и пропаивать. Как только решили эту проблему, пришла беда, с которой уже почти два месяца не можем справиться. В определенный момент грузовик перестал набирать обороты.
На холостом ходу движок работает как часы, но после прогрева загорается чек, и самосвал встает, словно сзади к нему приделали якорь. Заглушишь и вновь заведешь движок – все нормально, пока 1500 оборотов не наберет. Приезжали специалисты из Перми, почти десять часов пытались вынести диагноз. Компьютер выдал ошибку 1121 – неисправность системы подачи топлива. Специалист сказал, что он уверен на 90 % — проблема в форсунках. Диагноз показался мне сомнительным, но делать нечего – пришлось отправлять машину в сервисный центр, где эти самые форсунки отрегулировали.
После регулировки поставили форсунки на место – все то же самое, никаких изменений. Специалисты сервисного центра сказали, что придется снимать насос. Перебрали насос, что-то там почистили, отрегулировали и сказали, что теперь все должно работать идеально. Поставили на грузовик – все та же история… Вот и ломаем голову над этой загадкой второй месяц.

Есть в нашем гараже такой КамАЗ, 20-тонник.
По мне – этот КамАЗ по всем параметрам, кроме кабины, уступает трехосному МАЗу. Движок, рама, подвеска – слабее чем у МАЗа. При этом он дороже, да и в обслуживании сложнее. В нашей конторе уже эксплуатируется несколько таких КамАЗов, и отзывы об этих машинах противоречивые.

ТНВД Евро-3 с электронным управлением (имеется блок управления), а Евро-2 механический.
При правильной эксплуатации срок очень длительный, для этого нужно соблюдать определённые правила, прежде всего, своевременная замена масла, и конечно не глушить двигатель сразу после значительной нагрузки (нужно дать поработать на малых оборотах для охлаждения).
Вкладыши на все двигатели КАМАЗ до уровня 740.60 (Евро-3 все до 360 л.с.) стоят одинаковые стандартные, а на двигатели КАМАЗ Евро-4 предполагается устанавливать вкладыши с ПВД покрытием.
С ТНВД BOSCH, завод-изготовитель устанавливает форсунки Алтайского завода прецизионных изделий (АЗПИ) и они маркируется индексом «216».
В двигателе КАМАЗ 740.30 в отличие от 740.31 другой вал привода ТНВД, есть картер агрегатов и картер водяных каналов, (коленвалы тоже разные), поэтому 740.31 надежнее и тяговитее.
Не стыкуется, КПП-142 не рассчитана для работы с таким мощным двигателем.
Это две разные КПП КАМАЗ под разные задачи (внутри КПП и валы, и синхронизаторы рассчитаны на работу в составе силового агрегата КАМАЗ с двигателями с разными крутящими моментами), поэтому они агрегатируется и разными сцеплениями. Скорее всего, такая переделка технически и экономически не целесообразно. Необходимо заменить пол двигателя КАМАЗ.
