Новая эра DAF. Что такого особенного в новых грузовиках этого производителя?
Голландский производитель воспользовался изменением правил ЕС, вынуждающих производителей грузовых автомобилей перейти с дизеля на альтернативные виды топлива. Компания представила новое поколение моделей XF, извлекая максимальную пользу из увеличенных габаритов и массы. Новый XF стал больше, а версии XG и XG + пошли еще дальше в этой сфере.
Европейская комиссия ввела новые правила, касающиеся массы и габаритов, цель которых заключается в еще большем ужесточении требований в сфере сокращения уровня выбросов CO2, повышения безопасности дорожного движения и комфорта водителя. DAF является первым европейским производителем грузовиков, который создал новое поколение автомобилей, используя дополнительное пространство, которое дают измененные правила.
Грузовик будет доступен в нескольких вариантах. DAF хочет использовать в этих автомобилях двигатели внутреннего сгорания.
Этап 1. Производство моделей с дизельным приводом.
Этап 2. Создание гибридов.
Этап 3. Производство городских версий с аккумуляторным приводом (через 3-4 года).
Этап 4. Создание дальнемагистральных версий с водородным приводом (через 5-6 лет).
В случае версии на альтернативное топливо — это будет грузовик с двигателем сгорания, но сжигающий водород вместо дизельного топлива. Компания по-прежнему скептически относится к газовым двигателям и не ожидает их появления в будущем.
Новые модели будут иметь более легкую и низкую кабину с удлиненной на 16 сантиметров передней частью. XG и XG + имеют более длинные, увеличенные на 33 сантиметра спальни. Это повлекло за собой удлинение колесной базы.
Обе модели различаются и высотой: XG имеет средний подъем крыши, предлагая внутреннюю высоту от 198 до 204 см, а высота XG + составит от 208 до 217 см.
Модель XF немного отличается. Эта модель теперь будет предлагаться с мыслью о ближнемагистральных перевозках
Только XF будет доступен во всех вариантах мощности. XG или XG + будут доступны либо с 13-литровым двигателем, либо с самым мощным вариантом 11-литрового двигателя на 450 лошадиных сил.
Двигатели MX11 и MX13 получили новые форсунки, поршни, втулки и турбокомпрессоры, а самая мощная версия по-прежнему имеет 530 л.с. Максимальный крутящий момент увеличился на 50–100 Нм. В варианте мощностью 530 л.с. максимальный крутящий момент составляет 2550 Нм на каждой нижней передаче и 2700 Нм на максимальной, которая является прямой. Максимальный крутящий момент доступен от 900 об/мин.
В автомобилях также установлен электроусилитель руля вместо использовавшегося ранее гидравлического с электронасосом.
В некоторых версиях и применениях операции по техобслуживанию будут выполняться каждые 200000 км. Комплексный двигатель с аксессуарами на 10–15 кг легче предыдущего.
Также создана новая система охлаждения для лучшего управления температурой. Стандартная коробка передач Traxon оснащена новой системой подбора передачи при начале движения (в зависимости от нагрузки) и опциональной функцией быстрого старта. Круиз-контроль, прогнозирующий топографию местности, получил новое программное обеспечение.
Благодаря удлиненной форме кузова все три модели имеют сильно наклонную переднюю стенку. Скат крыши имеет даже самый большой XG +, так как пространство в кабине увеличивается за счет удлиненной спальни.
Кабина не имеет полуметрового «носа», разрешенного новыми правилами, так как он дает лишь 1 процент аэродинамической экономии, без других преимуществ. На первом этапе восстановления тяжелых моделей целью компании было добиться минимально возможного расхода топлива.
Аэродинамическое сопротивление, создаваемое новыми моделями DAF, должно быть на 19 процентов меньше, чем у предыдущих. Расход топлива был снижен на 10 процентов, две трети из которых благодаря аэродинамике новой кабины, которая имеет выдвинутую на 160 мм плоскую переднюю часть, округленные боковые края и крышу.
Также были произведены аэродинамические улучшения под кабиной. Это специальная нижняя пластина под бампером, аэродинамические решетки радиаторов и опциональные камеры, заменяющие все зеркала.
Оснащение грузовик и удобства для водителейНовые модели оснащены множеством новых технологий. Все версии будут иметь светодиодные фары в стандартной комплектации. Боковые зеркала заднего вида остались классическими, но зеркала, устраняющие мертвые зоны перед автомобилем, заменены камерами.
Индикаторы на приборной панели заменены 12-дюймовым дисплеем, а еще один 10-дюймовый дисплей может обслуживать мультимедийный центр. Ручной тормоз может иметь электрическое управление, в том числе с режимом автоматической активации.
Новое освещение уже стандартно основано на светодиодной технологии, а дополнительно усовершенствовано программное обеспечение переднего радара, обслуживающего аварийный тормоз. В соответствии с последними тенденциями установлена также продвинутая система связи, которая позволит, например, удаленно обновлять программное обеспечение.
В кабине находятся два поворотных сиденья, как со стороны пассажира, так и со стороны водителя. Между ними можно разложить стол, который намного больше, чем в других моделях. Кроме того, в распоряжении водителей имеется стояночный кондиционер, нижняя кровать с электрическим матрасом и холодильниками, а также спинки сидений, которые трансформируются в столик.
В передней части кузова расположены поперечные балки и торцевая перегородка с интегрированными зонами деформации. Зоны деформации есть даже сзади, в конструкции спальной зоны.
В случае аварии водителя защищает запрограммированная система сдвига кабины. В случае удара она сдвинет кабину на 40 сантиметров. В этом процессе сдвига будет поглощена энергия, что уменьшит процесс сдавливания кузова и силы, действующие на человека.
Новые модели создавались также с мыслью о безопасности в городе. Это будет реализовано посредством улучшенного обзора благодаря низко проведенным линиям остекления, дополнительным камерам, заменяющим все зеркала, боковым радарам, следящим за мертвыми зонами и опциональному остеклению пассажирского окна в сочетании со складываемой спинкой сиденья.

Сегодня, 2 февраля, в Амур-Нижнеднепровском районе Днепра произошло ДТП с участием DAF и Mercedes Sprinter.
Сегодня, 2 февраля, в Днепре столкнулись фура и маршрутка. Об этом сообщает «Информатор».
Инцидент произошёл около 7:55 в Амур-Нижнеднепровском районе, на улице Передовой. По предварительной информации, Mercedes Sprinter ехал по Передовой в сторону виадука. Автомобиль занесло и затем развернуло на 180 градусов. Из-за этого машина вылетела на встречную полосу, по которой ехал грузовик марки DAF.
